It was the indoor athletics finals day! The teams have been training hard from October- January for this day.
To qualify for this event, they had to win their clusters heat which happened in November. The 8 schools that qualified were:

Holy Cross
Mary Dean’s
Elburton
Montpelier
Plympton St Maurice
Compton
Salisbury Road
On the day they took part in the following track events:
Obstacle relay, 1+1 relay, 2+2 relay, 6 lap parlauf, 4x1 lap relay.
On the track: Chest puh, Speed bounce, Standing long jump, triple jump, vertical jump and javelin.
There were some amazing results across the field and track, to gain those all important point for your team. These 8 teams were the top scoring for Plymouth of all those that competed in our heat series, so the competitive streak was definitely there by all, to see who could beat theirs and others scores set in the heats.
