PSSP Primary Rounders

This year we had 3 teams enter the PSSP Rounders tournament that was held at Stoke Damerel Community College. Each team consisted of 9 players and each team was bowled 20 good balls. Teams would then swap between batting and fielding. Throughout the day there was some really impressive big hits from batting teams and also some good catches from fielding teams. 

The first team to take to the pitch was Manadon Vale 'A' v St. Pauls with Manadon batting first. They struck for 9 rounders, St. Pauls managed to score 6 rounders in a very competitive game. Next up was St. Pauls v Manadon 'B' which St. Pauls won with a score of 9-6. That meant it all came down to the final game which was Manadon 'A' v Manadon 'B' in which Manadon 'A' were winners with a score of 9.5 v 5.

2nd St. Pauls

3rd Manadon Vale 'B'
