Primary Basketball Final

Pupils from Montpelier and Pomphlett schools arrived at Coombe Dean school this afternoon for the final of the PSSP Basketball competition.  Having won their heats, the teams were invited to play on a full size court and the games were managed and officiated by members of the Coombe Dean year 7 and 8 basketball squad. Four quarters of 8 minutes were played and a total of 9 baskets were scored. Well done to both teams for a great display of passing, dribbling and shooting.  The final score was Pomphlett 6, Montpelier 12.
