Lipson Cluster Yr 5/6 Netball

Three teams attended the Lipson Family Yr 5/6 Netball event held at Lipson Co-operative Academy. The event started off with a little introduction followed by a warm-up led by the young leaders at Lipson. The three teams then split up and did different activities. One focused on shooting, how to shoot properly and where to aim. The second activtiy was an 'end ball' game in which children must try and get the ball into the 'end zone' by passing. The final activtiy was looking at footwork and the rules of netball. 

Following this the teams played matches against each other. A big well done to everyone that took part and a big thank you tom Lipson for providing leaders and the venue
