Primary Inclusion Boccia 14.10.2022

Friday 14^th  October 2022 – Another fantastic turn-out for our PSSP Primary Inclusion Boccia, hosted by some of our Y8 sports leaders from Plympton Academy. 10 teams came along this morning to take part in our friendly Boccia event, aimed at children of all abilities and experience. Plympton St. Mary’s, Laira Green, Leigham, Cann Bridge, Old Priory and Chaddlewood all brought teams along to take part in our relaxed, friendly competition where we play against as many teams as possible in the time we have. On arrival, there were quite a few nervous children but our sports leaders did a brilliant job of showing them how to play and soon there were smiles all round. Speaking to a few of the teachers it was great to hear that several children had said how much fun they were having and that they would definitely like to do this again. Thank you so much to all of the staff that brought their teams along today, I hope you all enjoyed it as well.
