Women's T20 Cricket World Cup – School’s Day

This year England are hosting the Women's T20 Cricket World Cup. It will be a great chance to watch the best international cricket in our country!
To raise awareness and celebrate 50 days to go until the competition, the ECB are inviting schools to take part in schools' day on 23rd April. You can read about the day here, where you can also have the opportunity to sign up for resources for the day.
The ECB aim is to embed cricket, and specifically the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, across the curriculum throughout the day, allowing children to participate in cricket related activities, learn about the tournament and inspire a love of the game. By increasing accessibility of women’s and girls' cricket, the ECB have bold ambitions to embed cultural change within schools and for all school children.
It would be fantastic to see as many schools as possible engaging in cricket activities on this day. If you do - please send us a photo!
We look forward to seeing your cricket activities!
