Arrows Archery Staff Inset

Wednesday 18^th May 2022 – Who said staff inset had to be all about data and marking?! It was my absolute pleasure to work with the amazing staff, teachers and Head Teacher at Widewell Primary after school today to introduce them to Arrows Archery. We started off with the all important safety information and looked at how we can set up the equipment and manage a class safely in this area. Then we looked at technique and had a go for ourselves. After getting to grips with it, we made it more interesting with our own Level 1 competition: highest score with 3 arrows. We soon discovered that it isn’t quite as easy as it looks but everyone made progress during the session and we had one clear winner – you know who you are!
