Goosewell Year 6 Level 1 Athletics 26.05.2021

The rain finally stopped and the grass dried up allowing year 6 pupils from Goosewell the chance to assess their running styles.  We focussed on sprinting before the children raced in their house teams and compete to be in the grand final. 

Congratulations to Lauren - Puffin House and Finley - Shearwater House who were the eventual individual winners.

With time to spare we ended the morning with a relay.  The teams were chosen and they were off...

• 1st - Shearwater
• 2nd - Pelican
• 3rd -  Puffin
• 4th - Kingfisher

Well done to everyone for making such great progress. Star of the morning was Charlie who worked so hard to improve his technique!
