PSSP Virtual competitions- Still open!

Thank you so much those that have been offering the PSSP virtual challenges so far.

These are still open and will be until further notice, to give schools time to take part when they re-open to all pupils again. 

If anyone still wants to email their results to Hayley ([email protected]) they can. However there is now another option to register your results for the PSSP miles challenge, Indoor Athletics and skipping challenge.

Here is a reminder of all the virtual challenges you can take part in, both at home or in school.

• Virtual Dance- (make up a routine to one of the listed songs, get as many people involved as you can.)
• PSSP Miles Map- (Add up the miles you walk/run/cycle etc on your daily exercise and send in to add to our big map. We are at Edinburgh so far!)
• Indoor Rowing- (Delivery by PSSP staff or if you have your own equipment in school/ at home)
• Frisbee Golf- (Using PSSP equipment)
• Indoor Athletics challenges- (Speed bounce, long jump, vertical jump, chest push and shuttle runs. This can be done a home too!)
• Lacrosse- (Using PSSP equipment)
• Tri Golf-(Using PSSP equipment)
• Skipping- (One minute, skips on one leg, group jumping and consecutive jump challenges. You can do all or some)
• Boccia- (Using PSSP equipment)
