PE Planning - We've got you covered!

In order to offer you continued support during these challenging times, we have created numerous resources to help you with PE planning - both at home and in school...

PE at School

I have created 6 weeks worth of PE lesson plans to support teachers across all year groups in the delivery of safe PE. The lessons are deliberately designed to be non consecutive to provide children/staff with a variety of activities which focus on fun and fitness, as well as skill development. All lesson plans and resources can be found at - titled 'PSSP PE Recovery Curriculum'.

PE Home Learning

Introducing the PSSP Active Agent program! There are 2 home learning booklets - one for KS1 and one for KS2 - both designed to increase the activity levels of children at home. In each booklet, there are 6 weeks worth of planned activities. Depending on how many activities they do over the course of the week, they could earn a Bronze/Silver/Gold or even Platinum certificate. All resources for parents are on the website - links to all videos and activities. Children are asked to colour in each activity when they have completed it and then get their parents to sign. At the end of the week, they send this to their teacher who can award the appropriate certificate. They can even change the activities to one of their own - as long as it is active. You can point parents in the direction of the Active Agents PE page and they will have access to everything they will need.

KS2 -

It is the hope and intention that both of these resources will negate the need for teachers to plan PE.
