Cann Bridge Boccia Competition 08.12.20

Another great morning of sport at Cann Bridge today – we held a Level 1 Boccia competition. Groups of children came along to the Gym to take part in our friendly event.

Boccia is a Paralympic sport that is played from a seated position. It is a target game that involves accuracy and strategy and more importantly, is a lot of fun.

The children were put into teams on arrival and then we played as many games as we could squeeze into the time we had. There were certainly lots of smiles today so I am hoping that means that it was a fun event – I certainly enjoyed it and am already looking forward to our next competition together.
