PSSP Christmas Advent Calendar 2020

Welcome to the PSSP Christmas Advent calendar! There are 18 doors to open, one for each day until schools break up. Behind each door there is a huge range of activities that your class can do in the morning, at lunch, in a lesson as extensions or in PE.

The activities cover different areas of the curriculum for each year group. It would be a good morning or afternoon activity when the children are arriving or leaving at staggered times. We have looked at the curriculum and included things that should be relevant to each year group. If you have already covered the activity, it can be a good recap session.

•When the advent calendar appears, ask a pupil to tap which day it is. The shape will then disappear. Part of a picture will then be revealed underneath and the area that it has revealed must be clicked again to take you to the activity. From there follow the instructions on each slide.

•The calendar slide has been repeated for each day, removing the days you have done, to save having to click through all of them each day. All you need to do is set up what day is next to find out what to do.

There will be a prize for the school who engages the most and lets us know in the most creative way!
