Mayflower 400 Get Active Programme Update

Mayflower 400 Get Active has been refreshed to reflect COVID-19 measures and aims to re-engage and inspire the people of Plymouth through a range of activities and events.

Each month is focused on a particular sport or physical activity with the aim of increasing participation levels across the City of Plymouth.

  • October & November 2020 - Walking and Running
  • January 2021 - Health and Wellbeing
  • February 2021 - Table Tennis
  • March 2021 - Golf
  • April 2021 - Basketball and Netball
  • May 2021 - Cricket
  • June 2021 - Tennis
  • July 2021 - Community Games linking in with 2021 Olympics

The activities are either ones that can be undertaken outside, individually or in small groups and therefore are most likely to be able to be continued if COVID-19 remains with us over this period.

More information about the activities can be found on the M400 Sport website;
