*NEW EVENT* Year 7 Dance Competition

This year a new competition has been added to the Devon Winter Games; a Year 7 Dance Competition. We can qualify four teams from Plymouth to go up to Torbay on the 18th March to compete against other teams in Devon.

Instead of running a Level 2 event, this year we are going to run a virtual competition. Details are below:

1. Submit your entry- Videos of your dance routines must be sent to Hayley ([email protected]) by 1700 on the 6th March.
2. Routines can be any style of dance. They can be inspired by musicals, music videos, dance teams etc. Please try not to copy and routines, get creative and have fun choreographing your own!
3. Team Size is minimum 6, maximum of 12 participants (singe or mixed gender)
4.  Description- Please state at the beginning of your video if anything has inspired you when choreographing your dance.
5. Scoring- Your dances will be scored based on the following; giving 10 points for each. a) Choreography b) Performance c) Use of levels d) Use of space e) Synchronization TOTAL= 50 POINTS

9. c) This is Real- Jax Jones, Ella Henderson
10. d) Pump it Up- Endor
