RC Schools Primary Basketball Festival

On Friday 29thNovember 2019 Cathedral, Holy Cross, St. Peters & St. Pauls RC schools took part in a Year 5/6 basketball festival hosted at Notre Dame RC School.

70 students form the 4 schools took part in some dribbling and shooting basketball coaching sessions lead by 20 high quality sports leaders from Notre Dame school. The primary participants then got to try out their newly learnt skills in a basketball games with teams being run and games officiated by the Notre Dame sports leaders

The event took place in a fantastic sporting, encouraging and friendly atmosphere with the most improved young players earning medals for effort and progress made and all students taking home a certificate to celebrate their participation in the event.
