Balancing, throwing, running, catching, hopping, jumping - we did it all at the KS1 Multiskills festival held at Coombe Dean.
80 children from Prince Rock, Goosewell, Elburton, Yealmpstone Farm, Mary Dean's, Hooe, Pomphlett, Weston Mill, Oreston and Wembury took part in a FUNS based festival giving them all a chance to develop skills and compete to score the highest number of points.
Prince Rock were the overall winners with 192 points followed closely by Hooe and Mary Dean's. It was lovely to see so many enthusiastic and happy children all eager to participate!
Thanks to Year 9 Coombe Dean Leaders who rose to the challenge of working with the children to provide many of them with a great first sporting experience. Well done everyone!
