PSSP Primary PE Conference 2019

The Plymouth School Sports Partnership will be holding the annual Primary PE Conference on Wednesday 11th September 2019 at Plymouth Marjon University.  The Keynote Speech will be delivered by Neil Swaite (Ofsted Inspector) on 'Physical Education And The New Ofsted Framework Inspections' * and will be followed with the presentation of the School Games Mark Awards and the Plymouth School Swimming Programme Awards.

Steering Group Members, School Swimming Group and Head Teachers are also invited to join us for the Keynote Speech and the Presentation of Awards.

A full programme of CPD for the Primary PE Coordinators includes 6 workshops to choose from. 

Option 1 – Subject Leadership – Being an effective Leader of PE, Healthy Active Lifestyles and School Sport - delivered by Youth Sports Trust

Option 2 – PE for the NQT - delivered by Youth Sports Trust

Option 3 – Help! I can’t teach Dance – delivered by Plymouth Dance

Option 4 - FA Active Play Through Storytelling - delivered by FA

Option 5 - Holistic Child Development Through Cricket - delivered by Devon CCC

Option 6 – Mindfulness - delivered by Sally Pullyblank (PSSP)

Option 7 – Active English - delivered by Teach Active
