Year 3/4 Indoor Athletics 19

Our Year 3/4 Indoor Athletics saw 9 teams competing for the top three places and to earn their team a medal.

Not only were there relay races that they had to run in but also field events to earn their school team valuable points.

First up on the track was the girls in their 1+1 relay whilst the boys went to the Speed Bounce, Standing long jump, Javelin and Chest push.

After the girls had ran their 4 lap parlauf, it was time for them all to swap over and the boys to take to the track. There were so many close finishes and some incredible jump and throw scores, it was sure going to be a close result!

Congratulations to everyone who took part and a massive thank you to the leaders from SDCC and St Boniface for all their hard work and help.

Also well done to our medal winners, Compton who took the Gold, Montpelier winning the Silver and Bickleigh Down taking the Bronze.
