Primary Inclusive Boccia 09.03.2018

Another great afternoon of sport at Tor Bridge High. Teams from Marine Academy Primary, Montpelier, Cann Bridge, Drake and Glen Park came along this afternoon to take part in one of our Inclusive Boccia events.

No experience is necessary for this festival as we have young leaders from Tor Bridge High on hand to teach you how to play and score in Boccia. The emphasis is very much on having fun at these events and playing as many games against as many different schools as possible.

We also celebrated the School Games Value of Self Belief, to encourage the children to think about new things that they try and the importance of learning that we get better with practice and believing we can do it.

We had over 30 children with is this afternoon and it was great to see so many smiling faces. I would like to thank our young leaders for all their hard work in leading the games – I think that I can safely say that everyone had a very enjoyable time. I am already looking forward to the next one.
