KS1 Gymnastics Festival 1st March 2017

Coombe Dean Gymnastics Leaders and Coombe Dean Aspire Gymnastics Club welcomed Wembury, Elburton and Dunstone Primary pupils to the first Plymouth Schools Sports Partnership KS1 Gymnastics Festival on Wednesday March 1st.

22 KS1 pupils experienced working on the bar, beam, springboard and floor whilst also being given the opportunity to compete in a set floor and flight routine.  

Well done to all who took part and to the winners...

Floor: 1st place Chloe, 2nd place Molly, 3rd Place Voladya

Flight: 1st place Harrison, 2nd place Chloe and 3rd place Emma

Many thanks to the leaders Isabelle E, Amy C, Eva B-A, Grace M, Eleanor H, Emily H, Taylor B, Harry F, Katie B, Louise R-N, Luna B, Kaiya W-F and Abbie T for their enthusiasm and assistance and to Aimie and Alice our talented Aspire coaches.  

This was a really great event and I hope there will be many more to follow!
