There is one more procedure to go through now so that the students selected are given time to prepare fully for the Devon Schools Athletics Championships held in Exeter on 16th June 2012

It is imperative that your students know that, firstly they are selected and secondly, they know what to do next!   With this in mind please do the following:   Review the following spread sheet; West Devon Athletics Entry (there are 6 tabs covering all the age groups) and gather all the names of your students selected.

Then complete a letter, using the following link; West Devon Athletics Letter for  each of them, making sure you have added there name and the events they are selected for.

Please ensure that ALL of your students have received this letter by Wednesday 30 May so that they have time to reply before half term.

Additional SEN / Special School Events

SEN events and festivals continue to go well across our partnership schools.

Students have enjoyed a variety of regular competitions this year-including rowing, basketball, football and boccia.

In addition to good support from the special schools, increasing numbers of mainstream primary and secondary schools are becoming involved and are using the events to enhance sporting provision.

We are looking forward to a busy term of events and opportunities for all students with SEN and would invite all schools to become involved.  Please refer to the calendar of events for details of this term’s opportunities.
