Intent – why?
• Develop sport/event specific skills and understanding
• Develop transferable physical skills and tactical awareness
• Provide links with community sports organisations so pupils can extend their knowledge and understanding of skills/tactics/health
Details are to be confirmed and will be emailed to all PE Co-Ordinators, PE Specialist Teachers and also included on the In the Loop newsletter.
Schools will be able to enter more than one team but if the event becomes oversubscribed, you may have to reduce the number of teams to allow every school the opportunity to attend.
Non–subscribing schools will be able to attend this event for a fee, as it is part of the School Games Pathway (TBC) and as a Partnership we receive funding for the School Games Organiser. Non-subscribing schools must email [email protected] to book their place.
