The preliminary rounds will be played on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th January.
The finals will be held on Thursday 16th January 2019.
As in previous years, there will be a strict limit of 36 team places and entry will be on a first come, first served basis. You are able to enter B and C teams but in the event of the Festival being over-subscribed you may be asked to withdraw these teams (C teams first). Once 36 entries are received, we will keep a reserve list.
Non–subscribing schools will be able to attend this event for a fee, as it is part of the School Games Pathway and as a Partnership we receive funding for the School Games Organiser. Non-subscribing schools must email [email protected] to book their place.
The closing date to enter your team(s) is Friday 29th November.
This is to allow time for the draw to be made and details confirmed. You will then be notified of on which day you will be playing your preliminary rounds.
