The Netball Young Organiser Award is aimed at talented and gifted leaders who continually show high quality leadership skills and who are ready to take their first step into coaching, officiating or administration of netball.
The day is being coordinated by the Plymouth School Sports Partnership and the award will be delivered by a fully qualified and DBS checked tutor from England Netball. Whilst at the facility students will be covered by the venues risk assessments, health and safety policies and public liability insurance. All tutors will be covered by their own or their NGB insurance. The emergency contact for the day is Mr H Turner; 07759 633889
The NGB award is of a practical nature, so students will need to arrive at the venue clothed and equipped for physical activity. All activity will take place in Heles dome, so students will need to bring appropriate footwear and clothing! All participants will also need to supply their own food, drinks and snacks for the day.
This national governing body award if being funded by the Plymouth School Sports Partnership and is FREE of charge to all attendees on the agreement that the students will help officiate at the School Games Level 2 Primary High 5 Netball event taking place at Marjon University on:
