It is with regret that we have decided to postpone the PSSP Primary Athletics Event due to take place at Brickfields tomorrow, Tuesday 11th June 2019. We understand that schools want us to make an early decision so we have looked at a number of forecasts which all predict rain, some only showers (but these will be heavy) with moderate winds and others predicting heavy rain and thunder and lightning. It is always the risk postponing so early that this may blow over but we have decided that it would be better to use the reserve date of Thursday 20th June 2019. This decision has not been taken lightly but has been made with the best interests of the young people in mind.
If you are no longer able to attend the event on Thursday 20th June, please let Hayley Jarvis or Josh Gilbert know ASAP.

The annual Plymouth SSP Primary Athletics is a competition open to all PSSP Schools and comprises of track and field events for Years 3,4,5 and 6.
After the entry deadline is 11th May 2019, all schools who enter will receive a form to gather further details including which events you wish to enter athletes in to; vertical jump, long jump, vortex throw, 60m, 70m, 80m, 90m, 200m, 4 x 60m relay, 5 x 80m relay.
Each athlete can compete in a maximum of one individual track, relay and field event.
