Play By Dates

Please can all schools stick to the play by dates for all cup rounds to ensure we are able to play finals at the correct stage of the season.This year, as requested by a number of schools, the PSSP have set dates for the Year 8 and 9 Fixtures to be played on. If you need to re-arrange any of these fixtures, please contact the opposition to re-arrange the date and inform PSSP Admin of the result once the match has been played.

Age Bandings

All players are allowed to play one year above themselves, they are not allowed to play a year below the actual age.For Example a Year 8 student can play in the Year 9 League but not allowed to play in the Year 7 CupFor the Under 18 Central Venue, all players must be aged 16 and over.

Mixed Football

Male and Female players are allowed to play together up to and including Under 16 football (Year 11).

Under 12 and Under 18 Central Venue Rules

All fixtures will be 7 a side, the timings will be published along with fixturesNormal Football Association rules except for;Goalkeepers cannot kick the ball from their handsAll players are allowed in and out of the goal keepers goal areas (marked semi cicrles)There are no OffsidesThere are no throw ins, if the ball leaves the ball of play it needs to be returned intoplay by placing the ball on line and passing the ball in. You CANNOT score directly from a kick in
