Thursday 22nd October 2026 - Montpelier Primary joined us for a morning of mountain bike coaching today in preparation for the PSSP Primary mountain bike event on 5th November. As well as covering the core skills we looked at race craft, including race starts and overtaking on narrow tracks. We finished off with some team relay practice to nail down the changeover process.
