On Wednesday 4th March 2026, the PSSP End of Season Netball Festival brought together six schools with 8 teams, for an exciting afternoon of high‑quality competition, teamwork, and great sportsmanship. With a fantastic atmosphere throughout, players, staff, and supporters all contributed to a memorable end‑of‑season celebration.

The tournament showcased strong performances across the board, but it was Plymouth High School for Girls (PHSG) who emerged as overall champions, demonstrating consistency, composure, and excellent attacking play across all fixtures.

Devonport High School for Girls Thunder (DHSG) secured a well‑earned runners‑up position, pushing PHSG closely in their close 4-3 game.

Stoke Damerel Community College Diamonds claimed third place, displaying great determination throughout.

Across all participating schools, the standard of play was high, with accurate passing, tireless movement, and plenty of standout shooting. The supportive crowd and positive team spirit created a brilliant environment that highlighted everything the festival aimed to celebrate—participation, enjoyment, and sporting excellence.

A huge well done to all six schools involved: Plymstock, Tor Bridge, Plympton Academy.  Congratulations once again to PHSG, DHSG, and Stoke Damerel for their podium finishes!
