Monday 2nd February 2026 - A new event for the calendar this year was the Year 8 development football festival. This festival is for boys who haven’t represented their school this year in football. 7 teams attended and it was a round robin tournament, so everyone played everyone! Games were 10 minutes each which gave the participants plenty of game time. There was some great football on show, with some very impressive last ditch saves. The weather was very cold however this time around it didn’t rain! A huge thanks to everyone who attended, a special shoutout to the teachers who also helped referee the matches.
