Stoke Damerel Wake n Shake Festival
On Wednesday 10th March, 9 primaries from Stoke Damerel's family brought along 8 year 5 leaders to recap on 2 dances; Timbaland (The way you are) and High School Musical 2 (We're all in this together) and learn 2 new dances; Mcfly (5 colours in her hair) and Black Lace (Superman).
It was great to see both girls and boys coming along to learn the new routines which they will go back and teach to the rest of the school as leaders. Even the teachers were enjoying themselves learning all the new moves.
The children were fantastic and really enjoyed the festival. Each school took away a cd with all the songs and a programme with a step by step guide of each song.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
