Primary

• Please sign up for the Tri Golf Workshop on 23rd February.  For further information follow the link Primary Teachers Tri-Golf Workshop
• Any PLTs who are interested in being part of a working group to establish the questions for this year’s pupil primary survey should email Mike Carpenter on mikecarpenter2000@yahoo.co.uk by the end of the week.
• Please ensure you put the following date into your head teacher’s diary. 26th March 8.00-9.30 Important Breakfast meeting at the Devonshire regarding the School Sports Partnerships and the PESSYP.

Secondary

• Head of PE / SSCo – any final changes to this year’s survey need to be with by the end of the week.
• Teacher in charge of Golf. Please look at links and opportunity to get involved. Young Leaders Golf Workshop and Golf Extreme Workshop - GOLFSECONDARYSCHOOLLETTER.doc- please book your place on the website under events.
• Teacher in charge of Rugby.  Yr 7 Girls rugby festival on 1st March @ Brickfields from 10 -3.  For further information please download the attached.  yr7girls rugby.doc
• Secondary school SEN Football.  There are fixtures @ goals Centre on23rd March and 25th May from 12.45 – 2.30 for further information please see the website.
• Teacher in charge of rowing. Regional rowing competition being held @ Marjon on 2nd March the deadline for bookings is 12th February.  Please note this competition is a team competition not an individual competition.  For further information please download the attached.  marjon rowing information.pdf
• Cameras- any problems with the cameras should be reported to me by Wednesday3rd Feb at the latest. (if you haven’t provided the cost code for these they will be taken on your generic school code)

• Llyods TSB National School Sport Week will take place between 28th June and the 2nd July 2010. Register by Friday 5th February and you will be entered into a free prize draw to win a sporting master class from an Olympic or a Paralympic here during the week.For more information, please visit www.schoolsportweek.org
• NB On the final Friday of School Sports week at 12.20 for 3 minutes there is a national incentive to get all pupils up and active and trying something different. Please email your ideas to mikecarpenter2000@yahoo.co.uk so they can be shared with other schools.
• Last chance to book your place on the Plymouth indoor rowing championships on 3rd February 2010 @ Plymstock School. Please note that year 6 students will enter as a team, however years 7 -13 will be entered as individuals.
