Stoke Damerel Family Gym festival
On Wednesday 3rd January 10 of the Stoke Damerel Primaries took part in the Family Gym festival. Approximately 160 children from Years 1 and 2 participated in various gymnastic routines which they had learnt either in after school clubs or during their school lessons. The children performed brilliantly and with such enthusiasm. There was a great atmosphere due to the amount of parents who came to watch.
Every child received a certificate and were given a free raffle ticket, with plenty of prizes to be won.
The festival was a great success with all the children returning back to school with smiles on their faces
We look forward to seeing even more next year.
