City College Plymouth 5k Secondary Schools Challenge

We are delighted to announce the 2018 City College Plymouth 5k Secondary Schools Challenge is now open for entry.

The event will be staged on Sunday 7th October, with entries closing on Thursday 20th September, allowing us time to order T-shirts and medals.  

Entry fee is £10 per pupil and is open for students 11-18 years old, fees can be paid either by cheque or via invoice prior to event day.

The event starts at Royal Parade at approximately 10.15 after the Plymouth 10K and takes place on a closed road route. 

Your students will receive and benefit from:

  • T-shirt (worn during the race)
  • 5k Medal
  • Goodie Bag
  • Chipped Timing
  • Closed Roads

Students will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies for both boy and girl categories. In addition, an Overall School trophy will be awarded to the winning school based on the accumulative position of the fastest four runners.
