Primary Rowing Event

Wednesday 07th Ocotber

What a fantastic turn out for our Primary Rowing Event held at Cann Bridge school. 6 schools brought along teams this morning to take part in some Indoor Rowing activities and races. It was brilliant to see children from Cann Bridge, Eggbuckland Vale, Montpelier, Riverside, Weston Mill and Tor Bridge Primary all having a go and enjoying the different activities.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kev and Michaela who set this all up for us today and also to the staff at Cann Bridge and Tor Bridge for the use of their fantastic facilities.

I would also like to thank the young leaders from Tor Bridge High who were on hand today to help and lead some activities; they helped with setting up, ran activities and races and were fantastic with the children—on behalf of all of the schools—thank you.

Well done to everyone who took part today—I really hope that you enjoyed it and that you will come back again next year. I look forward to seeing you all at another event very soon.
