With less than 200 days until the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, UCP Marjon is hosting a free open day for the Plymouth Marjon Sports Club. The ‘Sports Club’ is the focus of UCP Marjon’s community sports development programme delivered through the London 2012 Legacy funded Relays project. The open day on Sunday 12th February is an opportunity for the whole family to participate for free in a range of sports including hockey, basketball, netball, volleyball, football, climbing and swimming. The event is being supported by the Plymouth Herald ‘Love Life’ campaign to help raise participation in sport within the area.
