The Young Ambassador/Leadership and Volunteering Programme was conceived in response to London hosting the Olympic Games and is now both embedded and established within schools nationally and locally. The Young Ambassadors will therefore be part of a true legacy of the London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF A YOUNG AMBASSADOR:
Be an Ambassador and role model advocating PE and School Sport Increasing participation in PE, School Sport and competition
Promote the positive values of sport Deliver Level 1 Intra House/Tutor Iinclusion/paralympic competition
Mentor your schools Silver Ambassador and Leadership Academy students
Help with the organisation and delivery of 1 Level 3 city wide School Games Event

The conference is aimed at school Silver Ambassadors who have shown the dedication & skills necessary to progress onto the Platinum or Gold Ambassador leadership pathway
All Young Ambassadors need to be registered with the Youth Sport Trust. They can register here
Parental Consent – the PSSP & Youth Sport Trust are communicating directly with Young Ambassadors via email, we are giving parents the opportunity to be copied into these communications. Please can you forward on this consent form to all of your Young Ambassadors.
