PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT PLYMSTOCK SCHOOL BEFORE 15:30 - THIS IS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF PLYMSTOCK SCHOOL PUPILS AS THEY LEAVE THE SITE
Pupils will run in pairs forming a team. There is a recommended colour/course for each age group, but no penalty or bonus will be applied for running up or down. The teacher will decide the best colour for each team.
If there are too many competitors for one colour, we can put on two courses of the same standard, but we must have a good estimate of numbers in advance.
One control card, (see attached information) must be completed IN FULL for each team of pupils. The start time will be allocated when the team is ready to start.
The timing of the activity is 15.30 – 17.30 at Plymstock School which will enable schools to arrive at different times to suit them.
For new competitors this year there will be warm up activities and the opportunity to run more than one course, if time allows.
