Last year was a great success with loads of children enjoying different ways to stand up!
Whole School Stand Up is an initiative encouraging schools to consider creative ways of promoting physical activity across the school day and how the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and PHE guidelines, focusing on 'move more' but also on 'sit less‘, can be used to encourage more activity, whilst at the same time highlighting issues around sedentary behaviours.
