This event is being run by the University of St Mark & St John supported by the PSSP.
This event will be open to all Plymouth SSP schools who run a Change 4 Life club as part of their extra curricular or curricular activities.
Each school will be able to bring all children who currently attend the C4L club and they will take part in activities such as mindfullness, healthy eating and helathy active lifestyles.
