The Plymouth School Sports Partnership will be holding the annual Primary PE Conference on Wednesday 14th September 2016 at The University of St. Mark and St. John. The Keynote Speech will be delivered by Professor Andrew Edwards and will be followed with the presentation of the School Games Mark Awards and the Plymouth School Swimming Programme Awards.

A full programme of CPD for the Primary PE Co-ordinators includes the following courses:
Option 1 - TOPS Gymnastics – Delivered by Youth Sports Trust
Option 2 – Multi-Skills Activities for Key Stage 1- PSSP
Option 3 - An Introduction to Real PE- Delivered by Create Development
Option 4- Social Media and School Games Mark – PSSP
Option 5- Primary Dance and Parkour – Attik Dance
Option 6 - Invasion Games for Key Stage 2 (Quick Sticks, Invasion Games and Frisbee Golf) Marjons and Central Park Golf)
Workshops 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, are practical workshops so please come dressed in appropriate clothing.
Registration
This will be in the main reception at Marjon from 8.15am
Parking
There is parking on-site at the University. The PSSP will be issuing parking permits when you register, however we will be charged £4 for every permit issued so please car share where possible or use the George Park and Ride; this is free to park and a 10 to 15 minute walk to campus or there is a bus (£1.20) every 20 minutes that drops off outside Reception.
I have attached a map of the University car parks to the main event details on the PSSP website. The University have suggested that you use Car Parks 1, 2 or 5. Please do not park in the visitor’s area at the front of the Reception.
Dietary Requirements
The PSSP will be providing refreshments and a buffet lunch. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements before Tuesday 13th September.
